高嗜酸细胞综合征(HES)是一组原因不明的嗜酸细胞增多症候群,可累及1个或多个脏器。Hardy及Anderson于1968年首先报告及命名。现将我院收治的以多系统损害为特征并临床治愈的HES1例报告如下。
