我们对30例癫痫患者进行心痛定治疗,以苯妥芙钠治疗作对照观察.临床资料及方法:(1)病例选择:癫痫大发作55例,持续状态5例.男37例,女23例.平均年龄25.6岁,病程3天至8年.按就诊顺序分为心痛定组和苯妥英钠组各30例.(2)方法,采用双盲法.所用药物装入相同胶囊.心痛定组用心痛定10mg,3次/日;苯妥芙钠组用苯妥英钠0.1g,3次/日.持续状态(?)饲给药,持续24小时不缓解即给安定静注(或
