省局决定,今年在全省开展“征管质量年”活动。“征管质量年”活动,是继“三管”责任制后我省国税系统在强化管理方面的又一重要举措。这一活动,是在坚持依法治税原则、推进征管改革进程的基础上,结合我省征管工作的现状,在加强征管方面今年要抓的一项主要工作,也是全省国税系统今年的主要工作之一。开展这一活动,确实很重要也很必要,是我们国税系统工作中很重要的一项基础工作。
Provincial Bureau decided this year in the province to carry out “Quality Management Year” activities. The activity of “Yearly Quality Administration” is another important step in strengthening management of the tax system in our province following the “three-management” responsibility system. This activity is a major task to be grasped this year in stepping up the collection and management of tax collection on the basis of adhering to the principle of tax administration in accordance with the law and advancing the process of tax collection and management as well as the status quo in our province. It is also the major work of the province’s tax system this year one. To carry out this activity is indeed very important and necessary. It is a very important basic work in the work of our tax system.
