创伤闭合性膈肌破裂并膈疝是胸外科最常见的严重外伤之一,及时诊断及正确处理是减少并发症和提高治愈率的主要因素。我院从1983～1998年采用手术治疗24例,疗效满意,现报告如下。
Traumatic closed diaphragm rupture and diaphragmatic hernia are one of the most common serious traumatic injuries in thoracic surgery. Timely diagnosis and correct treatment are the main factors to reduce the complications and improve the cure rate.
