目的 :建立油酸家兔急性肺损伤的模型 ,并用介入这种微创的方法来检测从外周静脉注入不同剂量油酸后家兔血流动力学的变化。方法 :分别从对照组和油酸组家兔的外周静脉注入等量的生理盐水和油酸 ,分 4次注射 ,剂量分别为 0 .0 6、0 .0 4、0 .0 4、0 .0 4ml/ kg,记录每次注射后 5、10、15 min时肺动脉压、主动脉压和心率的数值。结果 :随着油酸剂量的增加 ,心率变慢 ,主动脉压降低 ,肺动脉压先升高后降低。结论 :油酸的剂量在 0 .0 6 m l/ kg或 0 .10 ml/ kg时 ,血流动力学的变化最为显著
OBJECTIVE: To establish a model of acute lung injury induced by oleic acid in rabbits and to detect the changes of hemodynamics in rabbits injected with different doses of oleic acid from the peripheral vein by interventional microinvasive method. Methods: The rabbits in the control group and the oleic acid group were respectively injected with the same amount of normal saline and oleic acid into the peripheral vein of rabbits in four injections at doses of 0.060, 0.014, 0.040, respectively. 0 4ml / kg, recording the value of pulmonary arterial pressure, aortic pressure and heart rate at 5, 10, 15 min after each injection. Results: With the increase of oleic acid dose, heart rate decreased, aortic pressure decreased, pulmonary pressure increased first and then decreased. CONCLUSIONS: The change in hemodynamics was most pronounced with oleic acid at 0 .06 m l / kg or 0 .10 ml / kg
