据霍尔果斯出入境检验检疫局的信息显示,2016年中亚天然气管道向中国输气341.7×10~8 m~3,日均输气量为9 360×10~4 m~3。中亚天然气管道自2009年通气以来,已经平稳运行7年。为了保证中亚天然气管道的运行,霍尔果斯出入境检验检疫局对进口管输天然气采取绿色通道模式,通过远程电子监管系统,对天然气实施现场监控,确保优质能源顺利进入中国。
According to the information provided by the Horgos Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, in 2016, the Central Asian natural gas pipeline transported 341.7 × 10-8 m 3 to China with an average daily gas transmission volume of 9 360 × 10 -4 m 3. The Central Asian gas pipeline has been in steady operation for seven years since its introduction in 2009. In order to ensure the operation of natural gas pipelines in Central Asia, the Horgos Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau adopts a green channel approach to the import of natural gas from pipelines to monitor on-site monitoring of natural gas through remote electronic monitoring systems to ensure the smooth entry of high-quality energy into China.
