本学期各中学教职员的政治学习内容是新民主主义论。在这一学期中学完了中国革命的历史特点,及新民主主义革命史两个问题:另外还学了「斯大林、毛泽东论共产党员要善于和非党群众团结合作」「精减会议减少兼职」「刘少奇同志五一劳动节讲词」毛主席三中全会的报告,毛主席在政协全会的开幕词及关于和平签名运动的文件。学习是在教育局分学委会统一领导下进行的。各校由校长教导主任负责组成支学委会,具体领导本校的学习小组。小组一般是由八人至十人组成的。学习以自学为主,每周小组讨论一次或二次。在本学期内一般的都坚持了每天一小时的集体目学,并有大部份老师作自学笔记。这样坚持了自学也保证了讨论会的进行。从第一阶段后所作的学习心得及学习测验及最后一次的个人学习总结,配合各校的汇报来看,可以肯定说本学期政治学习是有一定的收获的。
This semester each middle school staff political learning content is the new democratic theory. The school by the headmaster is responsible for the formation of branch school committee, the specific leadership of the school’s learning group. The group is usually composed of eight to ten people. Learning to self-learning, weekly group discussion once or twice. During the semester, students generally adhere to the collective one-hour study a day, and most teachers make self-study notes. This insisted self-study also guaranteed the seminar. From the first phase of the learning experience and learning test and the last personal learning summary, with the reports of all schools, we can affirm that this semester political learning is a certain gain.
