高温镀铁层具有粗大的柱状晶和严重的平行表面的(111)晶面织构,使其在离子氮碳共渗过程表现出如下的特性:(1)氮扩散速度快;(2)扩散层深,表面不易形成化合物层;(3)表面易于形成Fe_3C相。建议以提高高温镀铁层的耐磨性和耐蚀性为目的的氮碳共渗工艺宜采用500℃以下较低的共渗温度。
