由于粉末涂料低毒、低污染,已在各个领域迅速应用。但作为粉末涂料中的色差、缩孔、表面颗粒问题,却始终困扰着施工单位及制造厂,因此有必要加以剖析并予以解决。下面就一一论述。一、色差问题由于粉末涂料的生产过程与溶剂型涂料不一样,始终处于固态变换之中,投料后颜色一锤定音,无法更改。再加上各使用厂往往有各自的指定色,所以难以满足要求。我们曾作过分析,发现由于色差而造成的产品降级达3%左右,而粉末生产厂也发生因颜色不符而退货,造成损失较大。为此建议:
