最近有好几位朋友都问:辣椒精是什么东西?听说很多烧烤食品和烧烤酱中都放了辣椒精,还有一些卤制食品也因为加入辣椒精而辣味惊人。这种东西是合成的吗?有毒有害吗?
Several friends recently asked: What is pepper essence? I heard that many barbecue products and barbecue sauce are placed in the pepper essence, there are some halogen foods because of the addition of pepper essence and spicy amazing. Is this something synthetic? Is it toxic or harmful?
