TCL这些年来的发展有目共睹:从一家做电子工业的小公司,发展到跨产业生产的大集团。组织的变化给TCL的管控模式带来了难题,于是,一群年轻人被赋予了“构建母子公司管控模式”的权力。
TCL’s development over the years is obvious to all: from a small company doing electronic industry, the development of cross-industry production of large groups. Organizational changes have posed problems for TCL’s management and control model. As a result, a group of young people have been given the power to “establish a parent-subsidiary management model.”
