本院自1989年12月至1993年10月共施行泪囊鼻腔吻合术207例222眼,发生突发性大出血6例,报告如下:’一般资料1、207例中,男32例32眼,女175例190眼.年龄最小者6岁,最大76岁.手术均按泪囊鼻腔吻合术常规进行.其中105例120眼未断内眦韧带.骨孔大小由1.0×1.2至1.0×1.5cm.除个别鼻腔粘膜破碎外均行泪囊、鼻粘膜“工”字型切开并对端吻合.
