滇南艾(Artemisia austro-yunnanensis Ling et Y.R.Ling)是菊科(Compositae)蒿属(Artemisia)的一种特殊的半灌木状草本,主要分布在东南亚地区.本课题组率先对该植物全株进行了化学成分研究,从中分离得到10余个化合物,并发表于《昆明理工大学学报(自然科学版)》.为进一步深入探索其化学成分,在前期基础上,又从其乙酸乙酯萃取部位中分离鉴定了10个化合物,分别为黑麦草内酯(1)、6-hydroxy-6-methylocta-3,7-dien-2-one(2)、espeleton(3)、1-[5-(1-hydroxyethyl)-2-methoxyphenyl]-3-methyl-1-butanone(4)、dehydroespeleton(5)、2,2-dimethyl-6-acetyl chromanone(6)、4-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-2-O-me phloroacetophenone(7)、灯盏花苷Ⅱ(8)、hydroxydihydrobovolide(9)和6,9,10-三羟基-7-十八烯酸(10).其中,化合物9和10为首次从该科植物中分离得到,化合物3-5和8为首次从该属植物中分离得到.
Artemisia austro-yunnanensis Ling et YRLing is a kind of special semi-shrub herb of Artemisia of Compositae, which is mainly distributed in Southeast Asia.
