近红外光谱分析对样品粒径大小和均匀度要求较高。试验采用2种粉碎机以及不同种类的绿茶,研究粒度对NIRS光谱图和模型的影响。结果表明样品粒度与近红外吸收强度相关,随着粒径的增大而增加;茶样粒径越小、越均匀,图谱稳定性越好。超离心研磨机适用于不同品种的绿茶,茶叶粉碎样完整且均匀度好,0.5mm的绿茶含氮量近红外分析模型外部验证RMSEP和相关系数分别为0.115、0.9935,模型的预测性能非常好,能满足检测要求。
Near-infrared spectroscopy requires high sample size and uniformity. Two shredders and different types of green tea were used to study the effects of particle size on the NIRS spectra and models. The results show that the particle size is related to the near infrared absorption intensity and increases with the particle size. The smaller and more uniform the size of the tea sample, the better the stability of the spectrum. The ultracentrifugal grinder is suitable for different kinds of green tea with complete and finely crushed tea samples. The RMSEP and the correlation coefficient of the 0.5mm green tea nitrogen near infrared analysis model are 0.115 and 0.9935 respectively, the prediction performance of the model is very good, Can meet the testing requirements.
