导致女性身材矮小的因素较多,主要有Turner综合征、垂体性侏儒症、软骨发育不全及其它原因等。为了解染色体与身材矮小的关系,本文分析100例女性矮身材的染色体核型,并初步探讨其与疾病的关系。
The factors that lead to short stature of women are mainly Turner syndrome, pituitary dwarfism, achondroplasia and other causes. In order to understand the relationship between chromosomes and short stature, this paper analyzes 100 cases of female short stature karyotype and preliminary study of its relationship with the disease.
