根据示范工程节能改造前后采暖能耗的实测结果,如果在考虑室外管网和锅炉效率的情况下,平均每平米每年可节约21.2千克标煤,而实际用于节能改造的节能投资为180元/m~2,因此,节能经济效益显著。此外,既有建筑节能改造还可减少CO_2、SO_2、NO_x和TSP等污染物的排放,减少酸雨的发生和空气中的飘尘及光化学烟雾等污染物对环境的影响。既有建筑的节能改造,对于城市微观社会环境、区域社会环境以及全社会环境都有着举足轻重的影响。
According to the measured results of energy consumption before and after the retrofit of the demonstration project, an average of 21.2 kilograms of standard coal per square meter can be saved if the efficiency of outdoor pipelines and boilers is taken into consideration. However, the actual energy saving investment for energy-saving retrofit is 180 yuan / m ~ 2, therefore, energy-saving economic benefits significantly. In addition, energy-saving retrofit of existing buildings can also reduce the emission of pollutants such as CO_2, SO_2, NO_x and TSP, and reduce the environmental impact of acid rain and airborne pollutants such as fly ash and photochemical smog. The energy-saving renovation of existing buildings has a decisive influence on the microscopic social environment, the regional social environment and the social environment of the whole city.
