目的观测复方苦三芪胶囊对溃疡性结肠炎(UC)鼠模型结肠黏膜细胞凋亡的干预作用。方法采用二硝基氯苯、乙醇和乙酸综合刺激法复制溃疡性结肠炎鼠模型,以复方苦三芪胶囊高、中、低3个剂量分别进行干预,通过观察其对UC鼠模型结肠黏膜细胞Bcl-2、Bax、Fas和FasL调控蛋白的表达观察其疗效。结果通过15 d的干预治疗,复方苦三芪胶囊高、中、低剂量各组UC鼠模型结肠黏膜细胞Bcl-2、Bax、Fas和FasL蛋白的表达都有不同程度的改善,与模型阳性对照组相比差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01或<0.05)。结论复方苦三芪胶囊对UC鼠模型结肠黏膜细胞凋亡有调节作用。
Objective To observe the effect of compound SanSanQi capsule on the apoptosis of colonic mucosa in ulcerative colitis (UC) mouse model. Methods The rat model of ulcerative colitis was replicated by the combined stimulation of dinitrochlorobenzene, ethanol and acetic acid. The high, middle and low doses of Compound San San Qi Capsule were respectively intervened. The effects of three doses on the colonic mucosal cells Bcl-2, Bax, Fas and FasL regulatory protein expression observed its efficacy. Results After 15 days of intervention, the expression of Bcl-2, Bax, Fas and FasL in colonic mucosa of UC mice model treated with Fu San San Qi capsule were improved to a certain extent. Compared with the model positive control The differences between the two groups were statistically significant (P <0.01 or <0.05). Conclusion Compound San Sanqi capsule can regulate the apoptosis of colonic mucosa in UC mouse model.
