省水利厅魏成寿副厅长在3月22日召开的全省水产工作会议上作了“总结经验,开拓思路,为实现‘八五’水产业更大发展而奋斗”的工作报告,全文共分四个部分:一、“七五”工作回顾;二、发展水产业的基本经验;三、当前存在的主要问题;四、“八五”计划及2000年设想。他全面地总结了“七五”取得的成绩和经验,进而提出了“八五”计划和2000年设想,这一计划和设想具有宏观决策和指导意义,是今后我省水产业发展的蓝图。因《工作报告》文字较长,限于本刊篇幅,现仅将《工作报告》中第四部分全文披载,希全省各地市县水利、水产工作者在工作中贯彻执行。
Vice Minister Wei Chengshou of the Provincial Department of Water Resources made a working report titled “Summarizing Experience, Developing Train of Thought and Striving to Realize More Development of the Aquaculture Industry in the Eighth Five-Year Plan” Meeting on March 22 at the Provincial Aquatic Work Conference There are four parts: First, the review of the “Seventh Five-Year Plan”; Second, the basic experience of the development of aquaculture; Third, the current major problems; Fourth, the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” and the 2000 vision. He comprehensively summarized the achievements and experiences made in the “Seventh Five-Year Plan” and put forth the “Eighth Five-Year Plan” and the 2000 Plan. This plan and plan have the macro-decision-making and guiding significance and are the blueprint for the future development of Fujian’s aquaculture industry. Due to the lengthy work report, the paper is limited to the length of this article. Only the fourth part of the “Work Report” is published in full. I hope the water conservancy and aquatic workers in cities and counties throughout the province will carry out their work.
