本文介绍了壳型热稳定性的一种新测试方法,探讨了影响热稳定性的若干因素,分析了复膜砂的热稳定性与热膨胀特性和高温强度的相互关系。提出了改善壳型热稳定性的途径。
In this paper, a new test method of shell thermal stability is introduced. Several factors that affect the thermal stability are discussed. The relationship between the thermal stability and the thermal expansion and the high temperature strength of the composite sand is analyzed. The ways to improve the shell thermal stability are proposed.
