根据党中央、国务院的安排和部署,今年初以来,我省在部份县市开展了新型农村合作医疗的试点工作。通过试点,积累了经验,为全省推行新型农村合作医疗制度打下了坚实基础;同时也为西部地区乃至全国推行新型农村合作医疗制度提供了有益的借鉴。今天,我们在会泽县召开全省新型农村合作医疗试点工作现场会,主要目的是:认真贯彻落实中共中央、国务院《关于进一步加强农村卫生工作的决定》和全国农村卫生工作会议精神以及国务院《关于建立新型农村合作医疗制度的意见》;总结、交流试点工作的成功做法和经验;研究、部署如何在全省20个县市做好全省推行新型农村合作医疗制度工作。下面,我讲两点意见:
According to the arrangement and deployment of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, since the beginning of this year, our province has carried out pilot projects for new rural cooperative medical care in some counties and cities. Through trials, accumulated experience has laid a solid foundation for the implementation of the new rural cooperative medical care system in the province; at the same time, it has provided useful reference for the implementation of the new rural cooperative medical care system in the western region and even the whole country. Today, we held the provincial new rural cooperative medical pilot site meeting in Huize County. The main purpose is to earnestly implement the “Decision on Further Strengthening Rural Health Work” of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council and the spirit of the national rural health work conference and the State Council’s Opinions on Establishing a New Rural Cooperative Medical System; Summarizing and communicating the successful practices and experiences of the pilot work; Researching and deploying how to implement the new rural cooperative medical system in 20 provinces and cities throughout the province. Below, I will make two comments:
