一台大修不久的铁牛-55拖拉机,使用一段时间后发现变速箱内有异常响声,象金属螺钉在壳体内撞击和滚动的声音。行走时声音消除,停车(不停机)时声音重新出现。对变速箱进行检查,一切正常。检查离合器,各部间隙均符合要求。重新起动发动机故障仍未消除,只好将拖拉机前后分离,重新检查。将离合器拆除,扳动飞轮,飞轮松动。检查发现,飞轮与曲轴上飞轮连接凸缘的紧固螺栓松动。拧紧螺栓,重新组装,再次起动发动机,故障排除。原因是大修安装时没按规定扭矩拧紧及锁紧螺栓。

Inspection found that flywheel and crankshaft flywheel flange bolts fastening bolts loose. Tighten the bolts, reassemble, start the engine again, troubleshooting. The reason is that overhaul installation without the required torque to tighten and lock the bolts.
