党的十八大提出全面推进依法治国,把社会主义法治建设从观念设计、初步落实,上升到高标准具体操作层面,可见,法治建设在实现中华民族伟大复兴中的重要作用,本文从影响法治建设的观念、体制和动力等因素分析入手,探讨中国法治建设的新路径。
The 18th CPC National Congress proposed that the principle of governing the country according to law should be promoted in an all-round way and that the construction of the socialist legal system should be promoted from the conceptual design and initial implementation to the concrete operation with a high standard. This shows that the construction of the rule of law plays an important role in realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Construction concept, system and motivation and other factors to start with to explore the new path of China’s legal construction.
