鼓泡式氧合器是体外循环心内直视手术中最常用的血气交换器,具有氧合性能好、构造简单、使用方便、价廉等优点。为了进一步提高鼓泡式氧合器的效能和简化使用时组装的手续,上海第二医科大学附属仁济医院胸外科和上海医用诊察仪器厂经多年合作,设计和研制成能将氧合、去泡、变温、贮血、过滤和收集回心血等多种功能结合在一体的氧合器。使用时只需连接心肺机的动静脉管道,而不增添其它附加装置即可进行血气交换。
Bubble oxygenator is the most commonly used blood gas exchange in open heart surgery under cardiopulmonary bypass. It has the advantages of good oxygenation performance, simple structure, easy to use, low cost and so on. In order to further improve the performance of bubbling oxygenator and simplify the assembly procedure when used, the Department of Thoracic Surgery, Renji Hospital, Shanghai Second Medical University and Shanghai Medical Diagnostic Instrument Factory, after years of cooperation, have been designed and developed to combine oxygenation, Bubble, variable temperature, blood storage, filtration and recovery of blood and other functions combined with an oxygenator. Only need to connect the heart and lung machine arteriovenous duct when using, without adding other additional devices can be exchanged for blood gas.
