本文通过对“高职教育基于校企合作工作站的顶岗实习运行体制机制探索与实践”项目的总结,针对顶岗实习所存在的诸多问题,科学分析,对症下药,提出了基于校企合作工作站的“1163”顶岗实习管理模式和“1222”顶岗实习运行模式。注重监管、合理推行。经过多轮实践,取得丰硕成果。一站、一网、六通、三方的管理模式及一个合适的岗位、两个好老师、两个学生顶一个岗位、顶岗实习分两次进行的基本模式,不失为一个好的科学可复制推行的顶岗实习管理模式。
