目的探讨纤维支气管镜(以下简称纤支镜)冲洗治疗重症肺炎的疗效。方法回顾性翻阅纤支镜冲洗治疗肺部感染所有病例,对37例符合重症肺炎的患者进行统一临床分析。结果显效19例,有效14例,无效4例,总有效率为89%(33/37)。结论纤支镜冲洗治疗重症肺炎是安全有效的方法之一。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy (hereinafter referred to as bronchofiberscopy) irrigation treatment of severe pneumonia. Methods We retrospectively reviewed all cases of pulmonary infection with fiberoptic irrigation and performed a unified clinical analysis of 37 patients with severe pneumonia. The results were effective in 19 cases, effective in 14 cases, 4 cases, the total effective rate was 89% (33/37). Conclusion Fiberoptic bronchoscope irrigation is one of the safe and effective treatments for severe pneumonia.
