目的分析手足口病低龄儿童病例的肠道病毒71型(EV71)和柯萨奇病毒A组16型(CA16)的感染状况。方法采集手足口病(HFMD)疑似病例咽拭子标本,采用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测患者EV71和CA16感染情况,并分析患者性别、年龄分布情况。结果收集到1 073例HFMD儿童疑似病例的咽拭子标本和临床资料,EV71男女总的阳性检出率为46.04%,CA16男女总的阳性检出率为9.04%。结论本次北京地区HFMD疫情的主要病原体包括EV71和CA16,EV71感染率高于CA16,分析结果可为HFMD防治提供参考。
Objective To analyze the infection status of enterovirus 71 (EV71) and Coxsackievirus A group 16 (CA16) in young children with HFMD. Methods Throat swab specimens were collected from suspected cases of HFMD. The infection of EV71 and CA16 was detected by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. The gender and age distribution of patients were also analyzed. Results Throat swab specimens and clinical data of 1,073 children with suspected HFMD were collected. The total positive rate of male and female EV71 was 46.04%, and the positive rate of CA16 was 9.04%. Conclusion The major pathogens of HFMD outbreak in Beijing area are EV71 and CA16, and the infection rate of EV71 is higher than that of CA16. The results of the analysis can provide reference for the prevention and treatment of HFMD.
