To investigate the effect of endothelium-dependent relaxing factor (EDRF / NO) on the autonomic motor characteristics of cochlear microvasculature. Using the microcirculation digital image detection and analysis method, according to the tracking measurement of the dynamic changes of the arterioles’ diameter, the frequency characteristic and systolic characteristic parameters of the cochlear microvascular autonomic movement were obtained by using “Fast Fourier Transform (FFT)” Quantitative analysis. The results show that under normal conditions, there is a small voluntary movement of cochlear micro-arteries. The experiment found that EDRF / NO can significantly increase the frequency and amplitude of the autonomic artery stimulation, enhance the microcirculation function of the cochlea, and increase the cochlear blood flow.
