目的探讨阴道彩超结合腹部彩超诊断异位妊娠的临床价值。方法将宝坻区人民医院收治的100例异位妊娠患者随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各50例,观察组采用阴道彩超结合腹部彩超诊断异位妊娠,对照组采用腹部彩超检查。结果观察组检出阳性率高于对照组,且时间早于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用阴道彩超联合腹部彩超检查检出率更高、更准确。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of vaginal ultrasonography combined with abdominal ultrasonography in the diagnosis of ectopic pregnancy. Methods 100 cases of ectopic pregnancy in Baodi District People’s Hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 50 cases in each group. Ectopic pregnancy was diagnosed by vaginal ultrasonography combined with abdominal ultrasonography in the observation group and abdominal ultrasonography in the control group. Results The positive rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the time was earlier than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The detection rate of vaginal ultrasound combined with abdominal ultrasonography is higher and more accurate.
