High Performance Liquid Chromatography (LC) is suitable for the analysis of thermolabile, highly polar, and less volatile organic compounds and is widely used in organic chemistry, biochemistry and medicinal chemistry. As a detection and identification technique, mass spectrometry (MS) has the characteristics of versatility and high sensitivity.
