1962—1980年我院共收治流行性脑脊髓膜炎(简称流脑)1258例,误诊54例,误诊率4.29%,计22种疾病。现将误诊情况报告如下,并就误诊教训加以讨论。一、它病误诊为流脑47例~* 脓毒败血症10例;化脓性脑膜炎9例;结核性脑膜炎、肺炎各6例;流腮并脑膜脑炎4例;支气管炎、肺结核各3例;虚性脑膜炎、肾性脑病、中毒型菌痢、胸膜炎各2例;颌下淋巴结炎、脑挫伤、蛛网膜下腔出血、低钙惊厥、营养不良性贫血、再生障碍性贫血各1例。二、流脑误诊为它病7例乙型脑炎2例,
From 1962 to 1980, a total of 1258 cases of epidemic meningococcal meningitis (referred to as meningitis) were treated in our hospital. 54 cases were misdiagnosed.
