目的:研究使用不同合金烤瓷冠修复后龈下菌斑中牙龈卟啉单胞菌的变化。方法:选择门诊患者行下颌第一磨牙全冠修复共60例,随机分入两组不同合金烤瓷冠组,分别在戴入前,戴入后1个月、3个月检查龈沟出血指数,并且采用荧光定量聚合酶链反应测定龈下菌斑中牙龈卟啉单胞菌的变化。结果:比较修复前,钯银合金组的龈沟出血指数在修复后1个月、3个月无明显升高(P>0.05);而钴铬合金组的龈沟出血指数在修复后1个月、3个月有较明显升高(P<0.05);与修复前比较,钯银合金组的牙龈卟啉单胞菌相对定量值在修复后1、3个月无明显增加(P>0.05);钴铬合金组在修复后1个月、3个月的牙龈卟啉单胞菌相对定量值有明显增加(P<0.05)。结论:两种合金材料的烤瓷冠修复后对患者牙龈有一定的影响;其中钴铬合金影响明显大于钯银合金。
Objective: To study the changes of Porphyromonas gingivalis in subgingival plaque after using different ceramic crowns. Methods: A total of 60 patients undergoing primary mandibular first molar restoration were enrolled in this study. They were randomly divided into two groups with different alloy porcelain crowns. The index of sulcus bleeding was measured at 1 month and 3 months after wearing, , And the change of Porphyromonas gingivalis in subgingival plaque was detected by fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction. Results: Before the repair, the sulcus hemorrhage index of palladium-silver alloy group was not significantly increased at 1 month and 3 months after repair (P> 0.05), while the sulcase bleeding index of cobalt-chromium alloy group was 1 (P <0.05). The relative quantitative value of Porphyromonas gingivalis in the palladium-silver alloy group was not significantly increased at 1 month and 3 months after repair (P> 0.05) ). The relative quantitative value of Porphyromonas gingivalis in the cobalt-chromium alloy group at 1 month and 3 months after repair was significantly increased (P <0.05). CONCLUSION: The restoration of the porcelain crowns with two kinds of alloying materials has certain effect on the gums of the patients. The effect of cobalt-chromium alloy is obviously greater than that of the palladium-silver alloy.
