0. Introduction In the recent ten years of modern Chinese grammar research, the research of the phrase has been receiving more and more attention. In the study of phrases, people fully discuss the free phrases that can form sentences independently, while the inspection of the adhesive phrases that can not be formed into sentences independently is quite weak and needs to be strengthened. Here, we talk about our superficial understanding of several basic questions about modern Chinese sticky phrases. 1. Different Free Forms and Different Forms of Adhesions The distinction between free form and cohesive form is an important theory of structuralist linguistics. Chinese grammar study has long been it
