目的:就针对性护理措施改善肺癌化疗患者便秘的效果进行研究、分析.方法:本次入选人员均选自2019年1月至2021年1月我院收治的肺癌化疗便秘患者,对其实施针对性护理.结果:经有效护理后,患者的便秘症状得以明显缓解,进一步促进了其生活质量的提高,各评分呈良好趋势.结论:针对肺癌化疗便秘患者而言,针对性护理的落实,有利于加快其临床症状的缓解,值得推广.“,”Objective: To study and analyze the effect of targeted nursing measures to improve constipation in patients with lung cancer undergoing chemotherapy. Methods: All the patients enrolled in this study were selected from January 2019 to January 2021 in our hospital for lung cancer patients with constipation after chemotherapy, and targeted nursing was given to them. Results: after effective nursing, the symptoms of constipation can be significantly relieved, further promoted the improvement of their quality of life, the scores showed a good trend. Conclusion: For lung cancer patients with constipation through chemotherapy, the implementation of targeted nursing is conducive to accelerating the alleviation of their clinical symptoms, which is worthy of promotion.
