目的:评价双向质量反馈护理模式在慢阻肺中的护理中的效果.方法:随机将我院收治的110例慢阻肺患者纳入对照组和双向组,对照组实施常规护理措施,双向组实施双向质量反馈护理模式,评价护理后两组护理质量和护理满意率.结果:观察组各项生活质量指标评分和护理满意率均明显高于对照组,两组差异显著(P＜0.05).结论:采用双向质量反馈护理模式,利于提升整体护理质量,且患者对该护理方式具有极高认可度.“,”Objective: To evaluate the effect of two-way quality feedback nursing mode in COPD nursing.Methods:110 cases of COPD patients were included into two group,the control group to implement routine nursing measures,two-way group to implement two-way quality feedback nursing mode,to evaluate the nursing quality and satisfaction rate.Results:The scores of various life quality indexes and nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,P＜0.05.Conclusion:The two-way quality feedback nursing mode is beneficial to improve the overall quality of nursing,and patients have a high degree of recognition of this nursing mode.
