“超白”马铃薯是大连市农业科学研究所培育的新品种(374—128x克新 3号).1993年经辽宁省农作物品种审定委员会审定命名为“超白”.该品种早熟、高产、商品性好,适于早春露地及保护地栽培,与对照种“克新4号”同期早收,产量及经济效益均较高.特征特性:该品种生育期短,出苗至成熟60天左右.植株生育繁茂,生长势强,株高适中,平均40厘米左右,茎绿色粗壮.叶片肥大平展,叶色浓绿.花白色.病毒性退化轻而慢,退化指数平均2.23~9.97%,对PVX耐性较强,对PVY及TMV耐性中等,对PSTV未饱和.结薯集中,块茎圆形,白皮白肉,大而整齐,大中薯率平均71.0~83.7%,表皮光滑,品质较好,平均淀粉含量12.54~13.39%,粗蛋白质含量1.78%.
