在企业转换机制,走向市场的过程中,企业的思想政治工作应以调动职工积极性为出发点。在实践中,我们努力探索一些新路子使思想政治工作收到了事半功倍之效果。一、社会主义市场经济唤起了企业职工对形势更大的关注我们发现,把握好企业的政治导向和政策引路是激励职工,充分调动其积极性的重要途径。在企业转换经营机制,走向市场的过程中,职工并不象有些人所说的只是“两眼盯在金钱上”。其实,他们对时势政治,党的方针政策,企业的生产经营是极为关心的。在正确把握政治导向和政策引路,及时对职工进行政治、经济形势教育方面,我们的体会是抓好以下“四个环节”和“一个经常”。
