体育课的教学是教师与学生、教与学的双边活动过程。这个过程不仅是进行各种身体练习的过程,也是思维的过程。既要通过体育活动增强学生体质,也要发展学生的智力,使学生掌握“三基”和科学锻炼身体的方法。体育新课程标准在教学形式、学习目标、学习水平以及课程评价上都与传统的体育教学有很大的差异,这就要求体育教师要认真学习和研究新课程理念,进而做好课改工作。如何更好地适应课程改革,上好职中体育课,我结合自己的教学实践谈谈几点看法。
Teaching of physical education is a bilateral activity process between teachers and students, teaching and learning. This process is not only a process of performing various physical exercises, but also a process of thinking. It is necessary to enhance the physical fitness of students through physical activity, but also to develop the intelligence of students so that students can master the “three bases” and scientifically practice their methods. The new physical education curriculum standard differs greatly from the traditional physical education teaching in terms of teaching forms, learning objectives, levels of learning and curriculum evaluation. This requires that physical education teachers should conscientiously study and study the concepts of the new curriculum so as to improve the curriculum reform. How to better adapt to the curriculum reform, a good vocational school physical education, I talk with my own teaching practice a few comments.
