用离子色谱法同时对饮料中的磷酸、糖精和柠檬酸的含量进行了测定。由阴离子交换分离,抑制电导检测,能快速准确地测定它们的含量,该法的检测下限对磷酸、糖精及柠檬酸分别为0.03、0.08和0.10μg/ml,而线性范围分别为0.03~500、0.08~1000和0.10~100μg/ml。磷酸、糖精和柠檬酸标准曲线的线性关系很好,它们的线性相关系数均在0.9997以上。该法对饮料中的磷酸、糖精和柠檬酸进行了测定,有较好的回收率。
