本文通过分析新形式下中学化学教师应该具有的基本教学能力,根据师范类本科化学教学的实际情况和笔者的实践经验对如何培养师范类学生的化学教学能力提出了方案,并对在学生能力培养过程中出现的一些问题进行了讨论。对如何培养和提高学生的教学能力有一定参考价值。
