我厂造纸烘缸汽头中的1英寸管子,经使用一段时间后螺纹部分容易折断,如图1所示。由于在汽头内没有拆卸断管的空间,在车床上又不可能按原螺纹进刀,因此,过去把有断管的汽头都作报废处理。后经多次试验,制成了一种退管器,如图2所示(材料为碳素工具钢)。使用时将刃部1插入断管,然后用手锤敲打头部3,使刃部适当挤进断管内壁,即可用管子钳顺着螺纹退出方向旋转,退出断管。用台虎钳夹紧汽头时,应注意夹持位置.我们用这种工具后,使有断管的汽头都得到了应用.

Clamp the steam vise with a bench vise and pay attention to the clamping position. With this tool, the steam vaporizer with broken pipe is used.
