在对蒙古矿优化配矿及烧结基础特性研究的基础上,根据高温特性互补以及混料均匀的原则,选取烧结基础特性较好的三组配矿方案,采用正交试验方法,对其进行了三因素三水平烧结杯试验,并对烧结矿的高温冶金性能、矿物组成和微观结构等进行了检测和分析。结果认为,蒙古矿配比58%,碱度2.0,MgO含量2.52%的方案在满足还原粉化指数、还原度和转鼓强度的前提下,能获得最优的软熔性能,有助于高炉顺行和降低焦比,故推荐采用。
