我局的主要做法一、加强村卫生室的整顿建设 1985、1986年市政府连续下达了两个关于加强村卫生室整顿和建设的文件,要求对全市村级卫生组织普遍进行一次整顿,并及时总结推广了安邱县首创的甲级村卫生室建设经验,在全市大力开展了创建甲级卫生室达标活动。市卫生局组织了80多人的检查验收团,统一考核验收;市政府召开了“创甲”活动表彰大会。有力地推动了全市农村卫生室整顿建设工作的深入开展。到1990年底,全市10274个行政村,村村都建立了卫生室,其中甲级卫生室
