前言一些具有液压系统的机器,由于液压系统本身或油液中存在污垢,特别是在环境恶劣的场合下工作。经常发生故障,大大降低了系统的可靠性及液压元件的使用寿命。因为无论采用什么方法清理液压部件,在安装过程中污垢必定要进入到各个部件和整个系统中去。而且刚开始使用的所谓“干净”的油液中,也含有大量惊人的污垢。因此机器的液压系统在安装完毕后,应进行冲洗,其目的是消除至少是减少机器工作初期的故障。
