引言 地处西南高原的贵州是一个煤产资源十分丰富的省份。仅在水城区境内就有各变质阶段的煤种。含煤地层主要是二叠系的龙潭煤系(220—430M),含煤25—68层,可采及局部可采煤层10—27层,可采煤层总厚可达10.7—28.48M,其中气煤、焦煤、贫煤的储量较大,可正是一个天然的炼焦配煤产地。 近数十年来,应用煤岩学原理指导配煤操作和控制焦炭质量的科学配煤方法已愈来愈受到人们的重视。煤岩学的配煤方法有许多种,如И、И阿莫索夫法、И.夏皮罗法、R、R.汤姆森法、新日铁法等、这些方法的实质就是充分考虑到煤本身的性质参数以及用这些参数来予测焦炭的质量。本文采用美国钢铁公司N、夏皮罗的配煤方法对水城矿区若干煤层进行配煤计算并予测焦炭质量。
