本文对除氧剂用于粮食、油料、油品的储藏进行了生产性试验研究,测定了所试小麦、玉米、大豆、芝麻、绿豆、花生果、花生仁、菜籽油、毛棉油、棉清油、小磨香油、大槽芝麻油的除氧剂用量、降氧速度、杀虫效果,品质分析指标和密封材料对除氧剂应用效果的影响等方面,共记录整理数据达23550个,总结了除氧剂保存粮食和油品,不但降氧速度快,杀虫效果好,而且能保持粮油品质.尤其是控制油品氧化的效果更为突出.从理论和实践上为除氧剂应用于粮油储存提供了参考依据.
