职工文体建设作为工会组织履行维护职能的重要手段,对于丰富职工生活,满足职工群众日益增长的精神文化需求,以及提高职工队伍的素质,进而推动构建和谐社会建设,有着极为重要的现实意义。5年来,北京市总不断创新服务形式,多角度、多层次为职工提供“人人能参与,人人可参与”的文体服务。在市总党组的正确领导下,全市职工文体建设坚持一切为了职工、一切依靠职工,逐步形成了以“劳动创造幸福”
