区辖三资企业,因其投资少,规模小,创汇能力弱,故与市辖三资企业相比,在开展党建工作方面,往往易被忽视,基本上是个被遗忘的角落。然而,作为特区经济的必要部分,已显示出良好的发展势头,越来越使人感到:加强党建工作,决不可遗忘了这个角落。本文根据区辖三资企业的基本特点,寻求区辖三资企业党建工作的具体途径,以期使特区党建工作全面健康发展。
Regional management of foreign-funded enterprises, because of its small investment, small scale, weak ability to earn foreign exchange, compared with municipal-funded enterprises, in carrying out the work of party building, often easily overlooked, is basically a forgotten corner. However, as an essential part of the SEZ economy, it has shown a good momentum of development. What is more and more people feel: We must never forget this corner of the party building work. This article, according to the basic characteristics of the jurisdiction of the three-funded enterprises, seeks to seek specific ways to govern the construction of the party-funded enterprises in the party construction, with a view to the comprehensive and healthy development of the party construction in the special zone.
