本文叙述了以异菸酸-巴比妥酸为显色体系的氰化物光度测量法。试验结果表明:其最佳测量波长为600nm,于25℃发色,15min即达最大吸光度。表观摩尔吸光系数为1.2×10~5L·mol~(-1)·cm~(-1)。本法最低测定浓度为0.0006μg/ml。
This article describes the cyanide photometric method using isonicotinic acid-barbituric acid as a chromogenic system. The experimental results show that: the best measuring wavelength of 600nm, at 25 ℃ hair color, 15min reached the maximum absorbance. The apparent molar absorptivity is 1.2 × 10 ~ 5L · mol ~ (-1) · cm ~ (-1). The minimum assay concentration of this method is 0.0006μg / ml.
