中国市场学会第二次会员代表大会是1994年12月在杭州富阳召开的。在这次大会上选举产生了第二届理事会和以国务院发展研究中心主任孙尚清为会长,以贾履让、姚成海、高铁生、王魁才、闫克庆、李克穆、赵凤梧、罗国民、郑敦训为副会长,以刘溶沧为秘书长的领导班子(以后又增补了俞晓松和丁俊发二位副会长)。在第二届理事会工作期间,虽然遇到了孙尚清会长、贾履让常务副会长先后病故等不幸事件对市场学会工作造成很大的影响,但是由于各方面的大力支持,学会在组织学术交流、开展研究咨询服务以及
