我车间现有两台Z8612—1型热芯盒射芯机。如用热芯盒法制芯,需要制造金属模具,采用树脂砂,则成本贵,要求高。象我们生产的铸件批量小,品种很多的情况下,采用热芯盒法显然受到限制。我们车间长期来打泥芯一直是手工操作,大部分又是木质泥芯盒。现在我们学习了兄弟厂的经验,采用木质泥芯盒,用铜、钢冲孔底板排气,在射芯机上射制合脂砂泥芯。一、芯盒:一般手工操作的有敞开面的术质泥芯盒,只要适当加固改进,都可以上射
